Etchells Consulting was started in 2009 by Fleur Etchells.
Fleur has worked in the Defence Industry for over 14 years. Starting her career as a Systems Engineer, she has an excellent technical understanding of complex platforms and their lifecycles and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
Her career has included:

- Fast jet aerodynamic mathematical modelling
- Fast jet product development with a multinational European team

Fleur has an unusual blend of skills, with the ability to maintain strategic focus whilst managing and delivering technical solutions or outputs. Her consultative approach, including first rate communication and facilitation skills, are excellent and ensure that clients get the most they possibly can out of workshops and meetings. |
