Etchells Consulting was started in 2009 by Fleur Currie (née Etchells).
Fleur has an unusual blend of skills, with the ability to maintain strategic focus whilst managing and delivery technical solutions or outputs. Her consultative approach, including first rate communication and facilitation skills, are excellent and ensures that clients get the most they possibly can out of workshops and meetings.

Fleur is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institue of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and has worked in the Defence Industry for over 14 years. She started her career as a Systems Engineer, completing her ‘apprenticeship’ on fast jets such as Tornado, Typhoon and Hawk. This has provided an excellent understanding of complex platforms, lifecycles and the issues associated with procuring, delivering and managing equipment and the military capabilities they support.
